Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours?

Our hours are when you need our services.  We at 2020 Vision Photography understand that there is no set time that you want your memories captured.  As long as the schedule is open for that time slot we are available to serve you.

Where are you located?

We are currently in Lancaster, TX.

Do you accept reservations?

Reservations are accepted and preferred.  There is a deposit required to make a reservation with 2020 Vision Photography.  With that reservation we set that time for you and only you to be served.  This is in order to give you the full attention that you deserve from us.

What payment options do you accept?

2020 Vision Photography accepts payment via Check, Credit Card, Cash App, Pay Pal and last but not least Cash. 

How long is the typical wait?

When you decide to book with 2020 Vision Photography there should never be a waiting period to receive services from us, PERIOD!

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We would like to have your cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your appointment, but we do understand that things happen.  But keep in mind that the deposit is nonrefundable.  With that being said, 2020 Vision Photography would love to have you reschedule versus cancelling.
